The InSite platform

Everything an accessibility program needs, in one platform.

Assess on-site, score what you find, report it clearly, and plan the fixes, all without stitching together spreadsheets, photo folders and slide decks. From the property record to the remediation budget, every barrier in your portfolio lives in one place.

Your whole portfolio, organized the way you actually work.

Every property carries a full record: name, address and type; the group it belongs to and how urgent it is; its assessment status, audit type and audit level; a cover photo; and a plain-language “human factor” narrative that captures what the numbers can't. Then the property list gives you the tools to manage hundreds of them at once.

  • Find any property fast

Search, filter and group-by put the right buildings in front of you in seconds, then save the view so it's there next time.

  • See only what matters

Show or hide columns, page through long lists, and apply bulk actions across a whole selection at once.

  • Bring your data with you

Import properties from a spreadsheet to stand up a portfolio quickly, and manage the groups your sites are organized into.

  • Export on demand

Pull the list straight from your browser to CSV, Excel or PDF whenever you need it to live somewhere else.

Detailed observations

The deepest audit record in accessibility software.

Walk from a location to an element and record exactly what you find. Mark each one compliant or a deficiency, take up to three measurements, note the make, model, install date and warranty, set a priority, and add both field notes and the version that belongs in the report.

  • Measured, not guessed

Up to three measurements per element, with make/model/install/warranty and as-found plus marked-up photos attached to the exact finding.

  • Recommendations that write themselves

Flag a deficiency and InSite surfaces inline recommendations, guidance, building-code references and an optional works-to-remedies tree: the record a contractor can act on.

Surveys that score a space on four human principles.

A survey is built from sections tagged by workplace type (Academic, Office, Retail or Common), each holding question groups. Answer with whatever fits: yes/no, yes/no/n.a., multiple choice, checkboxes, text or a number. As you go, InSite scores each space on Ease, Safety, Comfort and Connection, triggers recommendations from your answers, and tracks how far along you are.

Question types

  • Yes / No
  • Yes / No / N.A.
  • Multiple choice
  • Checkboxes
  • Text
  • Number

The result is a scorecard, by section and overall, that tells a leadership team exactly where to focus first.

Built for thousands of photos per property.

A real audit produces a mountain of images. InSite is built to hold them and keep them findable, so the right photo is one filter away, not buried in a folder somewhere.

  • Tag and filter

Tag every photo and filter by several tags at once to pull up exactly the set you need.

  • Look closely

Open any image in a full-screen lightbox, and keep both the as-found and the marked-up, annotated variant side by side.

  • Served securely

Images are proxied through the server, so the storage credentials behind them never reach the browser.

B-06 · Operations

From a list of findings to a plan with a budget.

Assessment is only half the job. InSite carries the work forward: grouping properties into engagements, scheduling who does what and when, and tracking the dollars against it.

The reference behind every assessment, and who can touch it.

Underneath the day-to-day work is an editable knowledge base and a clean multi-tenant model, so the platform fits the way your organization is actually structured.

  • An editable knowledge base

Maintain the reference taxonomy of elements, statuses, works and remedies that the whole assessment is built on.

  • Multi-tenant clients & users

Each client has its own logo and subscription plan; users get per-property privileges (View, Create, Edit, Delete and Share) down to a single building.

  • Nothing lost by accident

Deleted records go to Trash, where they can be reviewed and restored rather than vanishing for good.

B-08 · Two clients

One backend. One set of accounts. Two ways in.

InSite ships as two clients that share the same data: a web platform for the office and reporting, and an offline-capable field app for the site visit. The same login works in both.

OFFICE

The web platform

Where the portfolio is managed, surveys are reviewed and reports are built. Sign-in opens to your team as part of onboarding.

ON-SITE

The field app

Built for the site visit, online or off: capture observations, photos and a full survey, then sync it back automatically.

Web access goes live with your onboarding. The platform isn't open to the public yet.

Book a demo

Book a 30-minute walkthrough and we'll show you InSite with your portfolio in mind: assessments, scoring, reporting and planning, end to end. We'll also talk through plans that fit.

No pressure, no auto-responders. A real conversation with the team that builds it.
