A lot of apps say "offline" and mean "it won't crash." InSite means you can run a whole day of assessments with the phone in airplane mode and lose nothing. Sign in once while you have a signal, then work disconnected. Every observation, measurement and photo is written to the device and uploaded the moment you're back online.

Sign in once online and the app remembers you, securely, so you can authenticate and keep working even with no connection.
On-device storage
Your work is saved straight to local storage on the device, not held in memory that a crash or a dead battery could lose.
On-device write queue
Every change you make lines up in an ordered queue, ready to send, so nothing waits on a connection to be recorded.
Automatic two-way sync
Reconnect and your queued work uploads itself, while updates from the office come down. Same data, same accounts, no export-import dance.
