A field app and a web platform, sharing one backend.
InSite is two halves of one tool. The mobile field app goes where the assessment happens: into stairwells, basements and brand-new buildings where the Wi-Fi isn't on yet. The web platform lives at the office, where the reviewing, reporting and planning gets done. They run on the same accounts and the same data, so there's no export-import dance between them.

No. The field app is built to work offline. Sign in once while you're online, then capture observations, measurements, photos and a full survey with nothing but the phone in your hand. Everything saves on the device and syncs automatically the moment you're back in range.
Can clients see their own reports?
Yes. InSite is multi-tenant with role-based access, so you can give each client and team member exactly the access they should have, down to a single property. Everyone sees their own portfolio and reports, and nothing they shouldn't.
