Accessibility isn't a feature we add at the end. It's the reason InSite exists. We are committed to making this website and the InSite platform usable by as many people as possible, regardless of how they navigate the web or which assistive technology they rely on.

We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox. As we add to this site and the platform, we test as we go and fix what we find.

We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AAfor both this website and the InSite platform. Where it's practical, we go further and meet Level AAA success criteria.

Our work also aligns with the standards our clients are measured against: the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Accessible Canada Act. We state alignment with these standards; we do not claim formal certification.

Across this site and the platform, we work to ensure:

• Semantic structure and landmarks, so the page is navigable by screen reader.
• Full keyboard operability, so every interactive control is reachable and usable without a mouse.
• Visible focus indicators, so it's always clear where you are on the page.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences, so animation respects your system settings.
• Colour contrast that meets AA, with colour never used as the only way to convey meaning.
• Labelled form controls, clear error messages and accessible names on every input.
• Text that resizes and reflows without loss of content or function.

We test continuously, but no site is ever perfectly finished. Third-party content, new pages and embedded media can introduce issues we haven't caught yet.
